The skill built live at SECO. It reads the aging report you already export, sorts every past-due lot into a notice tier, writes each notice from your templates in your voice, and puts them all in your Drafts. You read, you send.
Three steps to set up. After that, one command a week.
In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and connect Gmail. Allow every permission on Google's screen. That's what lets Claude create drafts.
On Outlook? The skill will work through your browser instead. Be logged in to your inbox when you run it.
Then upload past-due-sweep.skill to the project.
/past-due-sweep.It tells you the count before it writes anything, then drafts every notice and logs who got what. Say "run this every Monday at 7" and it will.
1 to 10 days. Friendly. Assumes it slipped. Email only.
11 to 30 days. Direct. Late fee is on the account. Email plus a letter to print.
Over 30 days. Only the language your lease and your state allow. You call first.
One Gmail draft per resident, in tier order. Right name, right balance, right date, right state wording. Nothing sends until you click.
Notices-Log.md gets one line per notice: date, community, lot, tier, balance. It won't send the same tier to the same lot twice in a week.
